博士，教授，硕士生导师。美国数学会《Mathematical Review》评论员。

 99年本科毕业于青岛大学应用数学专业，2005年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学基础数学专业；同年到西安电子科技大学数学系工作。2007年被评为副教授，同年被评为硕导。2012年赴西弗吉尼亚大学访学一年，2018年赴美国俄克拉荷马大学访学一年。2017年被评为教授。

目前为数学与统计学院教授、硕士生导师，研究方向理论计算机科学领域的高性能容错计算方向，目前主要研究系统级诊断理论及网络可靠性评估。

主持了两项国家自然科学基金： 1. 青年基金：簇度及其在互连网络可靠性和故障诊断中的应用，已结题。2、面上项目：混合故障情形下多处理器系统的可靠性评估和故障诊断，在研。

目前主要研究通讯网络诊断算法及诊断模型。
