张天扬,博士,西安电子科技大学人工智能学院助理研究员,合作导师为 张向荣教授,智能感知与图像理解教育部重点实验室(IPIU)成员,主要从事遥感影像智能解译研究,面向遥感影像目标解译中小目标检测、小样本目标检测、目标精细化解译等场景开展相关研究,研究成果已发表论文20余篇,包括IEEE TCYB、IEEE TNNLS、ISPRS、IEEE GRSM、IEEE TGRS、IEEE TCSVT等中科院1区期刊,4篇入选ESI 高被引论文,授权国家发明专利2项,担任ISPRS、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TGRS、IEEE GRSL、自动化学报等多个国际、国内领域知名期刊会议审稿人,荣获陕西省计算机学会优秀博士学位论文。
