张辉，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。本科硕士毕业于四川大学，博士毕业于加拿大国立科学研究院(INRS)。获联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)主席奖，MATECSS优秀博士奖学金，魁北克自然科学技术基金会魁北克优异博士奖学金(FRQNT)，加拿大自然科学与工程研究理事会(NSERC)和中国台湾省科技部(MOST)研究与实践夏季培训计划联合奖学金等奖项。

主要从事量子点可控制备及光电性能调控，光电探测及集成传感领域的研究。主持国家自然科学基金等科研项目6项。申请国家发明专利8项，已授权2项，共发表SCI论文40余篇，以第一/通讯作者在《Physical Review Letters》《Reports on Progress in Physics》《Advanced Functional Materials》《ACS Photonics》《Nano Energy》《Small》《Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical》《Journal of Colloid and Interface Science》等国际期刊发表SCI论文多篇。

目前担任英国物理学会(IOP) Nanotechnology期刊编委、客座编辑。长期担任Advanced Functional Materials，ACS Nano等期刊审稿人。
