硕士生导师,工学博士,西安电子科技大学集成电路学部微电子学院教师,华山准聘副教授。
研究方向:硅基集成光子学,压电&光子调制芯片和宽禁带AlN基光子集成回路(PIC)
2020年以华山准聘副教授岗位加入西安电子科技大学微电子学院郝跃院士团队。目前主持国家自然基金青年项目1项,横向项目1项,校级科研项目2项,参与多项国家自然基金面上,重点项目及国家重点研发项目。已在APL,OL,OE,IEEE PTL等光电子类知名期刊上发表论文30余篇,谷歌学术索引超过200次,授权中国专利14项,授权美国专利1项。
2015-2020年,华为中央研究院全光实验室,历任工程师,高级工程师及项目经理。
2010-2015年:中国科学院半导体研究所,工学博士;
2006-2010年:西安电子科技大学微电子学院,理学学士;
