Nannan Wang, Professor & Ph.D. Supervisor

 Deputy Director of State Key Laboratory of Integrated Service Networks for Space-Air-Ground Integration, Xidian University

 Currently serving as Dean (temporary appointment) of School of Electronic Information (School of Artificial Intelligence), Northwest University

He has published more than 200 papers in journals and conferences including IEEE TPAMI, IJCV, CVPR, ICCV, with over 40 authorized patents, 7 of which have been transferred. He has led the formulation of 2 industrial standards and participated in the formulation of 4 national and international standards.

His awards include:
 - First Prize of Natural Science Award, Chinese Society of Image and Graphics (Rank 1)
 - First Prize of Natural Science Award, Ministry of Education (Rank 2)
 - First Prize of Science and Technology Award, Shaanxi Province (Rank 5)

He has been principal investigator of projects including the Excellent Young Scientists Fund and Key Program of the Joint Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. His research achievements have been applied in aerospace, public security, and industrial partners such as Huawei, Tencent and Alibaba.

He is currently the leader of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Team and the Sanqin Talent Support Program Innovation Team. He serves as Visual ComputerCo-Editor-in-Chief of  and Associate Editor of Neural Networks.
