苏玉龙，博士，西安电子科技大学光电工程学院副教授，本科毕业于北京邮电大学，博士毕业于西安交通大学，长期从事空间激光通信技术、新谱段激光通信技术等方面研究。主持了国家自然科学青年基金、参与科技创新2030重大项目、国家重点研发计划、航天专用技术预研等国家级科研任务。作为系统骨干研制了卫星激光通信终端光通信机，成功搭载低轨卫星进入空间轨道，在轨开展了星间激光链路测试和多业务示范应用，速率2.5Gbps，可支持通信距离4500km。发表SCI检索论文10余篇，授权发明专利8项。
