Personal Profile

Sun Saisai, lecturer, associate professor of Huashan. She received a bachelor's degree from Hebei University of Technology in June 2016. In June 2021, she received his Ph.D. degree from Nankai University, during which she was sponsored by the Scholarship Council to go to the University of Toronto for 16 months as a doctoral student jointly trained by the national government. In July 2021, she joined Xidian University, School of Computer Science and Technology. His main research interests include RNA structure and function prediction, RNA and small molecule interaction prediction, and the application of deep learning in the field of bioinformatics. In recent years, she has published several papers in a number of international academic journals, and has participated in the National Natural Science Youth Foundation of China, the General Fund, and the Special Fund for Fundamental Scientific Research Funds for the Central Universities.
