任泽伟,硕士生导师,省级人才,小米青年学者。获批并入选陕西省高层次青年人才计划、陕西省秦创原高层次创新创业人才计划、西安电子科技大学华山学者计划等。2021年于中科院纳米能源与系统研究所获得理学博士学位,博士导师为王中林院士。多次荣获校优秀学生、优秀学生干部、优秀共产党员等。
目前主要从事摩擦电、微纳半导体、人工智能等领域的材料与器件交叉科学研究。已发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Advanced Materials(顶级TOP期刊,IF=26.8)、Advanced Energy Materials(顶级TOP期刊,IF=26.0)、Advanced Functional Materials(顶级TOP期刊,IF=19.0)、Nano Energy(顶级TOP期刊,IF=17.1)、Small(TOP期刊,IF=12.1)、ACS Applied Materials Interfaces(TOP期刊,IF=8.3)等国际SCI期刊发表论文18篇(全部为JCR一区,平均影响因子15.3)。ESI高被引论文4篇,单篇论文引用大于100次9篇,文章总被引3000余次,Google学术H指数26。研究成果被同行在Nature Materials、Science Robotics、Nature Communications、Science Advances、Advanced Materials等国际知名期刊正面评论或引用。

作为项目负责人已主持国家级、省部级等纵向基金课题10余项,参与国家级重大项目1项。授权/受理国家发明专利10余项,合著书籍专著1章。多次担任国内外学术会议学术委员并做邀请报告,担任多个期刊客座编辑、MedMat期刊青年编委等学术兼职。
