Quan Yinghui is a leading professor of Huashan Scholars at Xidian University and a distinguished expert in Qianjiang, Hangzhou. He was supported by the national high-level talent project, the science funds for distinguished young scholars of Shaanxi, and the Xi'an young scientific and technological talents award. He is the director of the Intelligent Perception Laboratory of Hangzhou Research Institute, Xidian University, and the Associate Dean at the Institute of Advanced Remote Sensing Technology, Xidian University. In addition, he is also a core member of the International Cooperation Base of Integrated Electronic Information System of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Scientific and Technological Innovation Team of Shaanxi. 

His research interests include agile radar, radar remote sensing, multi-source image/data intelligent processing, and multi-functional integrated electronic microsystem.
