齐志远，IEEE Member，于2023年8月加入西安电子科技大学微电子学院，并入选2023年度国家资助博士后研究人员计划。本人长期从事宽禁带半导体功率器件的模块封装集成及其应用技术相关研究工作，主持或主要参与博士后面上基金项目、国家重点研发计划课题项目、国家自然科学基金以及广东省科技计划项目等多项纵向课题，围绕研究领域总计发表SCI期刊和EI国际会议论文20篇，申请发明专利11项。研究兴趣包括：宽禁带半导体器件建模、功率模块集成与封装、以及高温高频高功率密度功率变换技术等。
