研究兴趣:主要从事铁电氧化物和自旋电子材料与器件的设计与模拟研究包括1) HfO2基铁电薄膜与存储器设计及其模拟计算;2)铁电/铁磁材料中畴结构与性能的关联计算及相场模拟;3)柔性铁电薄膜中铁电畴的力电耦合调控
