研究领域

针对高性能传感器件芯片在我国高端产品领域的迫切需求和技术问题,基于低维纳米材料的光电、力学等物理耦合特性,主要聚焦以下研究方向:

1)聚焦低维材料光电耦合特性及关键问题,专注高性能光谱成像器件的研究;

2)基于纳米光信号调制特性,解决高性能光电图像传感及系统中的关键问题;

3)针对材料多物理耦合过程中的关键问题,研发高性能柔性传感器件及系统。
