李康，男，副教授，工学博士，博士生导师，主要从事雷达智能抗干扰、深度强化学习等方面研究工作。
2016年于西电获得工学学士学位，2021年于西电获得工学博士学位，入选2026年陕西省科协青年人才托举计划，现就职于西安电子科技大学电子工程学院，隶属于雷达信号处理全国重点实验室刘宏伟教授团队。
目前，在IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems、Signal Processing等国际期刊和International Radar Conference等国际会议发表多篇期刊会议论文，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、重点实验室基金项目1项，参与多项国家重点项目。
