廖栩锋(1993.5-),博士,广西贵港市人,西电华山菁英副教授,研究生导师。主要研究领域和研究兴趣是高性能混合信号/模拟集成电路设计,超低功耗集成电路设计。具体包括:能量获取、功率管理、生物模拟前端和射频收发芯片。发表学术论文30余篇,包括IEEE TCAS-I、TCAS-II、TMTT、TVLSI等集成电路旗舰期刊和会议。受理授权专利十余项。参加或指导学生参加国家竞赛获得国家级奖项十余项,包括集成电路顶级竞赛-创芯大赛特等奖。
