Lu Hao, born in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, a postdoctoral researcher, IEEE Member, and member of the China Institute of Electronics. He received the B.E. degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, China in 2016, and received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Xidian University, Xi'an, China in 2022. He has been engaged in the research of GaN-based microwave/millimeter wave electronic devices and key technologies of heterostructure integration for a long time. As the core technology researcher, he participated in/presided over the research and development of a number of projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the National Science and Technology Major Special Projects, the National Key Research and Development Project, and the school-enterprise horizontal projects. He has published more than 20 papers in international high-level journals and conferences such as IEEE Electron Devices Letters, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, Applied Physics Letters, IEDM, etc., including 15 first-author publications and 8 chinese filed patents, and has made several oral reports at high-level international conferences such as IEEE WiPDA, IEEE ICTA, IWN, APWS, etc. In 2021, he won the IEEE WiPDA-Asia Best Presentation Award, AMSE Best Presentation Award, the first xinyuan science and technology innovation award, and Xidian Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Funding and other awards.
