李栋,男,副教授,2013年获西南交通大学电子信息科学与技术专业工学学士学位,2021年获西安电子科技大学微电子学与固体电子学专业工学博士学位,同年进入西安电子科技大学通信工程博士后工作站,2023年获微电子学院副教授职称。

     长期从事数字集成电路设计和数字信号处理等方面研究、主要研究方向包括芯片化图像传感器、光电探测前端智能计算架构和电路、激光雷达系统架构。在国际知名期刊IEEE TCAS I/II、 IEEE Sensors J、IEEE TIM等上发表了SCI论文十七余篇,并授权多项发明专利。先后参与完成国家国家优秀青年项目、国家重大科技专项等项目。目前主持及完成国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家重点研发计划、横向课题以及多项中央高校基本科研业务费。
