    Professor Guang Jia, a faculty member at Xidian University, serves as a Ph.D. supervisor and a "Huashan Scholar". He earned his Ph.D. in Biophysics and Medical Imaging from the Ohio State University in 2006. Professor Jia's primary research domains include medical imaging technologymedical physics, and image processing, focusing on both the development of imaging hardware and advanced computational methods.

    Professor Jia's contributions to the field are extensive, with over 200 papers published in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, including 43 papers. His work has appeared in prestigious journals such as Radiology, IEEE-TMI and The Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (JMRI). Notable research achievements include the development of Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI) technologies and PET-MRI integrated imaging systems, which have significant clinical implications for cancer imagingjoint cartilage defect assessment, and bone density measurement. Additionally, Professor Jia has been actively involved in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in medical imaging, covering AI-driven literature review, automatic image segmentation, and the enhancement of imaging quality. His expertise is recognized internationally, as evidenced by his roles as an associate editor for several SCI journals and a frequent reviewer for top-tier academic publications. Professor Jia has also made substantial contributions to education, teaching comprehensive medical imaging courses such as Medical Imaging Technology 100 Topics, which covers X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and emerging imaging technologies.
