白博文,西安电子科技大学空间科学与技术学院副教授,硕士生导师,院长助理,陕西省青年科技新星,西电-航天科技集团一院十所“临近空间飞行器测控及特种测量技术”联合研究中心副主任,极端环境下装备效能教育部重点实验室学术秘书,《遥测遥控》期刊青年编委。

自2010年开始从事高超声速飞行器信息技术领域的研究,在复杂电磁介质与电磁波的相互作用机理、复杂电磁介质的电磁波传播特性与计算方法、等离子鞘套包覆下目标特性及雷达探测理论与方法、复杂电磁介质下弹载相控阵天线辐射特性、高速等离子体模拟及电磁测量技术等方面开展了深入的研究。

主持了JKW基础加强项目“非平衡高温流场的***效应及***方法”课题1项(负责经费700万)、国家自然科学基金面上项目青年基金、陕西省自然科学基础研究计划-面上项目、中国博士后科学基金,以及与航天科研院所(10所、504所等)的科研协作研究项目5项,并以技术骨干身份参与了国家重点基础研究计划(973)“临近空间等离子体鞘套可靠信息传输理论和方法”项目,国家自然科学基金重点项目、GF创新特区项目、装备预研项目等,获得教育部技术发明二等奖。

在IEEE Transaction on Plasma Science、IEEE Transaction on Aerospace and Electronic System、Physics of Plasmas等高水平期刊发表30余篇SCI检索论文,担任国内外多个期刊的审稿专家,授权国家发明专利6项。
