王保仓，男，1979年3月生，河南郸城人，二级教授，国家级人才，西安电子科技大学华山学者领军教授，博士生导师，中国密码学会理事，中国密码学会学术工作委员会委员，中国密码学会数学理论专委会委员，中国密码学会算法委员会委员，中国密码学会教育与科普工作委员会委员，保密通信国防重点实验室学术委员会委员，陕西省商用密码协会专家委员会委员。
