Profile:
Liu Huanling: Female,Doctor,Associate Professor,Master Tutor,Deputy Director, Department of Electronic Packaging, Xi’dian University.The main research directions are thermal management of new energy lithium-ion batteries, thermal management of space solar power stations, micro-channel heat exchangers, enhanced heat exchange and thermal design of electronic equipment.I was admitted to Xidian University in 1995, and received a bachelor, master and doctorate degree in Mechatronic Engineering in 1999, 2004 and 2010.I has published many SCI papers in the international (International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, International Journal of Thermal science, etc.) (8 in JCR, top 4).Presided over 10 projects of Shaanxi Natural Science Foundation, basic business expenses of central universities, and research institutes.From 2017.8 to 2018.8, I was fully funded by the Scholarship Council to study at the University of Alberta and joined the Dr Zeng-tao Chen and Dr Nobes teams. During the study period, I mainly undertook the Canadian Natural Science Foundation and Siemens Innovation Fund and engaged in micro-channel heat exchanger design, PIV imaging and research on enhanced heat transfer.At present,I'm a reviewer of International Communications in Heat and Mass Transfer, Applied Thermal engineering, International Journal of Thermal Sceiences, Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering, Commun.theor.phys, Advances in Mechanical Engineering, etc.
Main research direction
1. Thermal design
The main directions are:
1) Electronic equipment thermal control technology: to achieve temperature control and uniformity of electronic equipment;
2) Enhanced heat transfer technology;
3) New energy thermal management technology: lithium batteries, fuel cells and space solar cells;
4) Renewable energy technology;
Experimental aspects:
Temperature field imaging, temperature field imaging experiment.

CAD/CAE secondary development.
3. Electronic packaging
Electronic chip thermal management technology.
